Vintage Scientific Instrument Hydrometer Glass Proof and Tralles Unused in Box For Sale -

I recently acquired this scientific instrument from a closed down warehouse that dealt in this type of scientific instruments. It was closed down since the 1970s and they had's this instrument as stock on a shelf. It is in mint condition unused in a beautiful box. I am not sure how this instrument works but I carefully inspected it and it is in perfect condition. I obviously have to pack it with care because it is glass and fragile. If you need one of these instruments, you will not need disappointed in the quality of this precision instrument. Also please look at my nice cheap price.If you know how this instrument works and what it measures, could you please let me know? I am curious about this instrument. I cannot figure it out. I sure could use your help just so I have the knowledge of what it does and how it works. Thank you so much. The pictures and my description are very accurate. I use cue cards in the photographs and tape measures for size so please look at the photographs carefully.
