Karner 1920 Germany4 1/2\" high x 4 3/4\" wide x 2 1/2\" deep (11 cm heigh), weighs 5/8 lbs.Very nice hand painted Rosenthal Goldfinch on branch eating purple berries, although there is brown and black and white in plumage. Designed by Theodore Karner in 1920. He was one of the most famous porcelain animal designers in the world. The green mark denotes manufacture post 1957 in Germany. Impressed T. Karner and Stieglitz.
