First of all I do not know anything about how they are supposed to work.
I plugged it in and the only things that I noticed working was thefan, one tube (of the group of two), and 4 tubes in the group of 6.
As found condition. The screws that holds the lid aremissing. There is no guarantee that the tubes will continue to work.
Item is sold as is in NON working order. Very heavy item. 36 pounds.
