Vintage Econolite Motion Lamp Spinner & Base Only For Sale -

Used. Appears to be to for a shade that has something to do with water. Not mint. Shows (both items) age, wear, tear, dents, dings, scratches, bubbling, etc. I did not see any tears, cuts, but please keep in mind I could have very easily missed something. Spinner appears to still be attached to frame. Selling as parts in case I missed anything.
