Up for sale is a vintage Conn 58B trumpet, #289XXX, c. 1932-33. Overall, the horn is in good condition considering its age. It has surface discoloration, blemishes, a few very small dings and a small bend in the bell lip. There is evidence of solder repair to the bell lead pipe and bell tuning slide bracing. The tuning slide stop rod mechanism is missing. The bell appears to have a very slight downward angle when viewed from the side. It has, however, a narrow wrap, "peashooter" style configuration which may account for this. Please refer to photos. It comes with an old well worn Conn case which appears to be original.
