This is a very nice and rare ceramic pony figurine made by Beswick England. He is #1516 Walking Pony done in black leopard glossy appaloosa. More resembles a British Spotted pony than a POA - very sweet facial expression. He is 5 1/4\" tall with the round stamp on his belly. The legs are nicely airbrushed with spots over them which creates a nice effect. No breaks but he does have crazing typical of a piece this old. (He was produced from 1957 to 1966) He does have a tiny speck of ceramic rattling around inside him - for those of us who like breakables, that\'s a good luck thing :) He will be well packed and fully insured. Beautiful little guy and I hate to part with him, but I hope he\'ll get a super great new person to love him. So, Good luck!
