Tuner being sold as is, powers on and works however I was not able to get mode selector lights to switch from mono to hi blend or stereo. The mode selector button is the one all the way to the right of the unit. Tuner is a PAL import from Europe which has the European plug, however I have the US Adapter for it and Tuner has a voltage selector in the back which is set for the US Standard. Serial # 80825026.
