Condition: Pre-owned, used condition. Brass is worn & tarnished w/ scratches & scuffs. Several dents found on tubes. Middle valve is loose / wobbly; believe the spring is missing or broken inside. Case shows normal wear and tear. (see all 25 photos for condition & examples of wear; only shows 12 photos at top of page)

We accept Paypal  All payments must be received within 7 days of the end of sale.  

All in state residents will be charged state and local sales tax during the checkout process.

 

Checkout must be completed within 7 days of the close of sale, and all PayPal payments must be made within this time period. If payment isn't received within this time period, a Non-Paying buyer alert will be filed and the order may be revoked.

Packages are usually shipped within 1 business day of payment receipt (excluding Saturday/Sunday and Holidays)

Shipping costs for all orders can be determined by the shipping calculator in this sale.

All orders are shipped via UPS or USPS.

We have chosen UPS and USPS as our primary shippers for the tracking, insurance and proven reliability to insure both buyer and seller satisfaction. Many of or sales include a choice of carrier. Please review choices and associated charges before offerding.

NOTE:UPS shipments require a Street Address and will not ship to PO Boxes*.

International Shipping: (If Offered) International buyers are responsible for paying duties, taxes, and applicable customs brokerage fees separate from the merchandise cost. Buyers will be responsible for paying these fees and duties upon receipt of your shipment. International buyers may be charged additional fees once they receive the package. Some Carriers charge significant brokerage fees which are based on an item's declared value. We are not able to calculate these and they are not included in the shipping charges, so please be sure to check with selected carrier prior to offerding so that you can factor these costs into total cost.

All calculated shipping and packaging charges are determined by the shipped weight, dimensions,  insurance and handling to insure safe arrival of the item.  Your item will be very carefully packed and arrive in professional, high quality packaging materials.  Our shipping and handling fees cover these costs as well as insurance.

Combined Shipping: Due to the varying size and weight of the items we list a combined shipping rule that works in every instance is not available. If you have purchased, or plan to purchase, more then one item in a 7 day period please contact us from one of the listings via messaging, not through PayPal or email, prior to paying  and, if items can be combined, we will pack together and send a revised invoice.

Local Pickup: All of our items can be picked up.   Virginia State Sales Tax will apply to order.  In some cases that have been prepackaged for shipping or require extra handling a pick-up fee may apply. Some items may be listed for local pickup only, if you would like to arrange shipping from a local packing / shipping store we can assist with contact info. Local Pickup Customers are required to pay within 3 business days and pickup their item within 7 days.  We will extend this period if needed, but we must receive the request through the  message system.  We will then decide if we will extend the pickup period.  After 7 days the item will be relisted and we will not issue a refund.

Shipping Address: If you have an Unconfirmed or Alternate  Address, you must contact us from the sale (contact seller) with the address you want the items shipped to Prior to Paying . Otherwise, the package will be shipped to the address you have registered to your /PayPal account.

We will do our best to work with shipments to Hawaii and Alaska and accommodate buyers in these areas, Just send a message before paying so that we can determine best method. US territories (including Puerto Rico and the US Virgin Islands) are considered international shipments by UPS.

We are here for your satisfaction and to ensure a positive buying experiance. If you have any concerns,issues or damage with an item you recieved Please contact us first using messaging and we will make it right!

 All items are sold AS IS. Returns are accepted ONLY if the item is grossly misrepresented. The majority of pictures and copy are created immediately prior to listing the item.  Stock photos are sometimes used for new or refurbished items that are already packaged but will be noted as" stock photo" in listing. All transactions are CLOSED 72 hours after delivery of the package or 14 days from shipment, whichever occurs first.  It is the Buyer's  responsibility to notify us via messaging of any problems. (not from PayPal or via eMail)  If the item was accuratly described the Buyer will be responsible for  shipping charges.  When a transaction is CLOSED, no refunds will be issued.
