Does not open the full length down the back but has a 8\" opening including the 1-1/2\" waistband which closes with hook & eye.Long ties are 42-1/2\" long.
An original vintage skirt. Has not been cleaned and is wrinkled from storage.
Only issues spotted are:Dirty brown spot on front as shown in photo.
Approx. measurements:Waist laying flat: 12-3/4\"Length: 33\"
