Here we have a vintage Philco Tube Radio Model 48-472 Code 122. This radio powers up. The dial switch works properly. It is missing two of the knobs and one tube. We did not get any sound out of it. Would make a great candidate for restoration. Measures 9-1/4\" tall by 15-1/2\" in Length and 7-1/2\" wide. Radio is as pictured. Not stock photos. You will receive exactly what is pictured. Please study the pictures before you buy.
This radio is from 1947 1948. It is in incredible shape for its age. We do not know the history of this radio and we are not making any claims that we do. We have taken 12 pictures for you to look it over, that is the maximum number of photos we can add to this listing. We have included are findings of this radio and are selling it for restoration, as stated above. We have included information we found regarding these models from the Radio Museum - in the lower paragraph. Very nice vintage radio for the radio collector.
