Vienna Bronze Miniature Pinscher inkwell, large, beautiful casting & paint For Sale -

This sale is for a very nice example of a vintage Vienna Bronze inkwell in the form of a Miniature Pinscher bust. Wrapped around the base is a riding whip (?) that has a deer hoof handle. I cannot find any makers mark on the piece. He is an authentic, antique Vienna Bronze, which would put his manufacture date either late 1800's or very early 1900's The figure is quite large - I don't know how big a Min Pin is, but this almost seems life size. It measures almost 5.75 inches from the base to the tip of the ear, and 5.5 inches from the tip of the nose to the back of the head. Measuring along the underside of the base it is about 6.5 inches at the longest.The head is hinged at the back and flips back to show the inkwell The inkwell cup seems like it should come out, but it also seems to be attached from the underside. You can unscrew and remove the base, but using my smallest jewelers screwdriver I could only get one screw out - I don't want to apply too much pressure and slip and scratch the base, or break something. I've seen this same style inkwell once as a Jack Russell Terrier - same base, different head, ears, muzzle from the collar up, and painted white and brown. Inthe lastpicture I show this piece with a 3" tall Vienna Bronze monkey orchestra leader - the monkey is shown for size reference only and is not included in this sale.This piece is very heavy - so shipping is a bit pricey. I will be adding and paying for insurance myself, but that means you'll probably have to sign for it. Payment:All buyers, per policy I can only accept PayPal as a payment method for all sales.Payment is due within four days from the end of the sale.If your payment is not received within this time periodyour order will be canceled and the item relisted.

Handling time: I do my best to mail packages out the day after I get payment. If I receive payment before 9:00 P.M. Eastern Standard Time (U.S.) I will have it in the mail the next day, except for Sunday because U.S. Post Offices are not open on Sunday.

U.S. Shipping: I use First Class (up to 16 oz) and Priority mail after that. Books ship media mail. I only charge actual postage - no added fees. I combine multiple items won by the same person the same week and charge actual postage.I use lots of bubble wrap and peanuts and good boxes. In a group of multiple pieces each item is wrapped individually. Whenthere is an original box or other original paper item I put that into a plastic bag in case you get delivery on a rainy day.

International Shipping: I gladly ship international. I prefer to use Priority International mail because it is trackable. All Priority Packages are fully guaranteed. First Class International is available, but there is no tracking on First Class International packages. Also, please note that there can be lengthy delays at Customs. Per rules, import duties, taxes and charges are not included in the item price or shipping charges -- these charges are the buyer's responsibility.

Return Policy: Returns are accepted within30 days, so long as item is returned in the condition that it was in when it was sold. If the item was misrepresented I will refund the postage both ways. If the item was not misrepresented, I will refund the purchase price only -- not the shipping paid to get it to you, or for you to return it. I use a loupe to examine the toys while I'm listing them, and I try and mention the significant condition issues that I can see. I value my reputation and I am not knowingly going to put out false or misleading info on a toy -- if I'm wrong about a fact about the toy I'll refund your money.
