A rare and superb Nursery plate made c1838 around the time of the Coronation of Queen Victoria. Known as Queen Victoria On The Throne. In the centre has the Queen sitting on her throne with the Tower of Windsor Castle in the background. It is Octagonal in style and Has a superb border of raised design. It is approx 7.25 inches in diameter and in good condition--few small age stains but does not spoil this rare plate.
