A nice trumpet. A very early ambassador. My price is based on the serial#... 40,0xx. It\'s one of the first made. Unfortunately it does not retain the original case. I will entertain an offer because I have no idea the current market value. Has a new generation Al Cass 1-28... Making this the combo used by Blue Mitchell back in the 1950s.  And so many others...I may hold out because it\'s hard to part with. I have my eye on a later model super recording so might be able to justify it. This horn is collectible for 3 reasons... Made in LA, significance of the model/quality and serial number. Some would rather have a good original as opposed to a restored gem. It\'s personal preference. By no means is this horn mint! Other than it sounds sweet!
