It\'s 3 ft 10\" wide and 5 ft long
It does retract but it takes a couple tries to get it fully in. You have to double pull then lift the map up to get it to retract
Has some paint splatter on metal case and wood bottom
Mounts a couple different ways
Has a darker faded line along bottom a few inches up, shown in photo
