Directions for Use for Cats:

To release ingredients and to activate the natural flavorings your cat will love, break chewable tablets into smaller pieces. Give one or two tablets twice daily maximum four tabs a day.

 My cat, all 18lb of her, was having a lot of urinary trouble. It was so bad, that I had to wash her everyday, give her cranberry juice, and was about to call the vet.

and then I found this product all the ingredients  are ALL great herbs to help with urinary infection. I was worried that, "Super Finicky Princess" would not eat these. I broke the first couple pills up into smaller pieces and she devoured it. Now I just throw a whole tab and she eats all the little crumbs that fall.

After 2 days of giving her the max dose of 4 tabs, she is doing FANTASTIC! I haven't had to wash her in a couple of days now. She isn't as itchy and she feels a lot better. I have slowed down to 3 tabs a day and once I get another bottle, it will be the 2 tabs a day maintenance dose.

I recommend this for Dogs & Cats! All the ingredients are all natural and safe for people to take. I wouldn't take these, due to the fact that they are chicken flavored!

The following general shipping times apply based on shipping type, off days and holidays:

Priority Mail (2-3 days)
Express or Overnight 1-2 days
UPS or FedEx Ground 1-10 days depending on location

International Buyers:

Internatioanl orders are normally sent Via globegistics priority or USPS this depends on items weight and location is going.

Note: If you desire a tracking number than can be trace to your door step. Order must be sent Express Mail International. UPS standard or FedEx Ground for Canada can also be traced.

First class international packages are not track-able online. It will only show acceptance on USPS.com and or Globegistics, this means it was accepted and it’s on its way to you. It is up to you to contact postal or customs office in your country for more information. Once parcel shows acceptance in US postal office the average shipping time is 7-21 business days depending on location. Times can vary depending on how quickly customs processes the item; generally you can expect longer times around the holidays.

1) First Class International can take anywhere from 10 days to 45 days depending on the country
2) Priority Rate international may take 5-10 days or longer also depending on the Country
3) Express mail International can take 3-7 days again depending in country.

Priority mail may be traced to the country’s Postal destination but not always. Express mail is the only one that can be trace to your door step and again check USPS.Com as some countries may not show up even with an Express mailing.

These charges are normally collected by the delivering Postal master in your country when you pick the item up or delivered to you. Do not confuse these costs for additional shipping charges.

Item seizure or confiscated:

Orders returned for a wrong address or third party address.

Most of our items are shipped Free, our cost. (US only) If you order is returned to us for an un-deliverable address or similar not a fault of our own, we will be charging you a minimal fee for repacking and shipping item back to you. These costs vary depending on item purchased, Customers that paid shipping originally will simply pay the original shipping cost.

Please make sure your address is correct on your website and paypal accounts, these must be the same. If payment was made by other method, make sure your address is clearly specified with item number and user name.

It's also your responsibility to make sure address, is correct before placing the order. An email after order was placed does not guaranteed we can correct this in time, specially weekend orders.

Sending to another address?

No problem, but make sure this address was added to PayPal as a gift or third party address. All orders are automatically shipped to a verified address on PayPal or verify billing address if using your credit card, an email advising to ship order to another address not verified will be ignored, unless a prior agreement was made.

Returns

We offer returns in the form of money back, exchanges and refund. Follow instructions below, there is no need to contact us prior to making a return or exchange. Some products sold can only be returned to manufacturer specially if they were used and opened. For EX: Pet Safe, Sport Dog and some other Electronic items. All these items do come with a one to two warranty please check your product literature. For a complete no hassle refund, all items returned must be in new condition as when sent to you, product must be unused and unopened, items must be returned with all original packaging and accessories if any and free of pet hair, damage, dirt, odor, etc.

Important! All medicines products are not returnable once opened and used. We recommend you contact your Veterinarian prior to medicating on your own. Please ensure your return or exchange meets the important guidelines above. If so, return the item to the address on the package. Please make sure to include a note and/or your order number, user ID if you had one and a brief description of what you would like to do (Ex: Return for money back, or exchange for different size, etc.) You are responsible for shipping the item back to us and its cost.

Unwanted, change of mind or refused packages:

When the item(s) are received and inspected a full refund will be issued minus a 20% restocking fee or shipping cost incurred whichever is greater, this will cover shipping, packaging and any handling cost or fees incurred at time of shipping original order, unless the return was made because of our wrong doing or a defective product, then a full refund will be due including any shipping fees paid by you.

Exchanges

If you are exchanging an item, we will cover the cost to reship the new item back to you, new order item(s) will be mailed once we receive your return. If you are exchanging for an item that cost more than the original item, you are responsible for paying the price difference. Damages

Defective or damaged items must be reported to us immediately. We can request proof of damage in the form of photos via email. Refusal may delay your refund or exchange. Please inspect your order at receipt if apparent damage is noticed refuse it back to the shipper. Don’t discard a damaged packaged until you have contacted us first. Any pet electronic device must have all original packaging and UPC or serial number.
We will ship a replacement item free of charge. If the item becomes defective after it was used, please contact the manufacturer for its warranty.

INTERNATIONAL CUSTOMERS are responsible for all shipping charges including the shipping charge to reship an exchange. Shipping charges are non-refundable.

Additional Requirements:

All Pet Safe, Sport Dog and GPS items come with a one year warranty from the manufacturer. Please don’t return product to us unless for an exchange or refund, for a non-working or trouble shooting a Petsafe, SportDog item, please contact Pet Safe 1800 number on the product packaging they will help you with product replacement at no cost to you if required. All and any other electronics must have their original UPC or serial number.
