U.S. Army M1949 Arctic Sleeping Bag with Cover Large 1951 1945 Mint Condition For Sale -

Up for sale today is an Original Korean War U.S. Army M-1949 Arctic Sleeping Bag, with a WWII dated Water Repellent Cover. The sleeping bag is dated March 6, 1951, and the cover is dated February 6, 1945. This sleeping bag is marked a size Large.

This sleeping bag and cover set appear to both be brand new old stock, as they are both in perfect condition. There are absolutely no rips, tears, holes, stains or damage anywhere on either. They are both perfectly fresh and clean. The olive green color is perfect on the cover. All of the snaps are in perfect condition, as are all of the lace grommets. This cover still has its original, never used long lace attached to it, and it is in perfect condition. The sleeping bag is full of down feathers, and it still has an incredible thickness to the loft. So I am sure that it was never used. The khaki color is still perfect on the exterior of this sleeping bag. The ink markings are all in perfect condition on the interior of it. The zipper on this bag is in perfect condition. You just do not find these original M-1949 arctic down sleeping bag sets in new, never used condition anymore. This one is sure to make an excellent addition to your collection.
