For sale are twenty live tank-raised Ramshorn Snails. Shell size about 1/8inch to 1/4inch.They are excellent algae eater and scavenger for your aquarium. To my comparison with Pleco, they are even better in cleaning performance of small crevices and not easily died. They feed on bottom-eating fish food, algae on the glass wall, algae on the aquatic plant leaves or the food residue from fish. The first picture is an adult. It will not live very long. The last picture was taken today for comparison. You can see no more unwanted green algae left on the glass wall after several days or weeks of repeatitive cleaning activities. Ramshorn snail will reproduce very quickly if food source is enough. You can see some transparent jelly-like substance enclosed with eggs sticking to the glass wall or leafy aquatic plants.I will mail with some green water or green vegetable for their consumption on the way to your home. Please remember to pour and clean them before entering your aquarium tank to prevent mass bloom of green algae to your aquarium. Thanks for looking.
