Three wolf heads and two moonstones adorn this dagger-shaped, handmade English Pewter pendant. Measuringapproximately 2 3/4" long, this pendant comes on a 20" nickel-free pewter chain.
Magickal Symbolism:Sacred to the god Mars, the wolf was a symbol of power, victory, courage, and maternal care in ancient Rome. Elsewhere, the wolf was often a triumphal symbol and an emblem of warriors. In Northern Europe, the wolf was sacred to Odin, the Nordic god of Wisdom and Magick. Being nocturnal animals, wolves are associated with the Moon and its mysteries, an attribute that links them to magick and witchcraft. Wolves tap us into the instinctive, untamed, lunar aspect of the human psyche, and they make powerful totem animals.
