Here is my great, classic Trek city bike. This is a lugged steel frame, 19 inches so it should fit most people. I converted to a city bike with newer brown Continental tires, classic handlebars that can be kept for a lower stance, or switched to have your hands sit higher. This is a 21 speed with Shimano XT drivetrain. There are a few scratches and nicks, but nothing bad, no dents or deep scratches. The pedals are Shimano combination platform and clipless, whatever you prefer. Everything works well, shifts nicely, brakes hard and the wheels run smooth.
