The rulers (4 inch by 4 inch grid or 15 inch ruler) are included in the gallery photo for size reference only. The stones are photographed dry and may appear different under your aquarium lighting and when submerged under water. Rinse before use to remove any dust that may have accumulated during shipping.The stones are natural and will increase water hardness and pH in most aquariums. The driftwood may initially float and also release tannins and lower pH. Over time, with water changes, these impacts on water chemistry should lessen.
The arrangement is simply a suggestion utilizing the actual pieces. Have fun creating your own design! This amount of layout material would be appropriately sized for a 4 foot to 6 foot long aquarium, depending on your layout scale preference.
