Used Equipment:
We stock a tremendous amount of used equipment. These items fall underdifferent categories. Some items are in good shape when we receive them andrequire minimal cleaning and no refurbishing. Other items require dismantlingand replacement of parts in addition to painting and refinishing. The picturesposted in our listings are actual pictures of the items for sale and we alwaystry to describe our items as best as possible. If the picture shows that anitem is missing a red nob on the handle, then don’t expect the item to arrivewith the red handle on the knob.
Our owner has run a successful Commercial Restaurant Equipment Repairbusiness for over 23 years, and tests each item to be sure it works as itshould. That is not to say that he goes through the whole wiring diagramand checks every single connection. Products listed as \"Tested &Working\" or in working condition are exactly that. Something like a lightbulb not working or a timer bell not functioning does not affect the workingcondition of an item and these things may occur.
We encourage buyers to CONTACT US BEFORE PURCHASING an item to ask asmany questions as possible. An item may be discontinued or outdated andthe factory/manufacturer may have updated that particular model. If no currentspecs or information is available, we will match it to the closest product.Also please make sure the item will fit through your door ways. For examplesome double stack convection ovens will not fit through standard doors and willhave to be separated and laid on there side in order to get it in. You must beprepared to do that. We don\'t know your building and have know way of tellingyou if it will. We try to put all measurements on our listings but if theyaren\'t for some reason please call or email.

Shipping Information
Quotes:
Please request a quote for shipping before offerding or buying an item. Please donot assume how much an item will cost to ship to you. Most items requirefreight; NOT FedEx, UPS, or USPS. There is a crating fee and a crating process,the item must travel hundreds to thousands of miles, and many factors go intothe price of shipping. You may call or email us and we will walk you throughthe process and answer all of your questions. I will set up a shipping quotewith Suzi at Freight Quote and give her a reference number that you will use inorder to pay for the shipping. You can of course can use any shipping company you choose and we will work withthem.
Crating:
A $50 fee will be applied to your total invoice in order to properly package /crate your item for shipment.
Shipping Damages:
Unfortunately, shipping damage and total lost is an issue among the freightindustry. Even though we crate, palletize, and use protective materials on ouritems, we sometimes cannot control mishandling or damages that may occur whilein transit. If there is any damage, it must be indicated on the Bill of Ladingthat the driver gives you to sign. If you do not examine the merchandise andyou still sign for it, you will NOT be able to file a claim or hold the shipperresponsible. Freight companies are able to deny millions of dollars in damagesbecause items were not inspected at the time of delivery and were not marked as\"damaged\" on the Bill of Lading. If your item has been crated, pleaseexpect to uncrate it and inspect it before the driver has left and before yousign for it. A driver is obligated to wait. If he or she tries to rush you oryou are in any way unhappy with the delivery, ask to speak to his or herdispatcher. You may also contact us for assistance.
Shipping Practices:
If you are having your item shipped to a residence, please let us know asfreight companies charge a separate residential delivery fee. If you arerunning a business out of your home, you are still classified as a residence.
Freight is generally bulky and heavy. This means that it must be lowered to theground from the truck, which is usually 3-5 feet off of the ground. If you donot have a loading dock or a forklift at your delivery site, you will need touse the truck\'s lift gate to lower the item to the ground. Freight companiescharge a separate fee for this service so please let us know if you do or donot require a lift gate on delivery.
Inside Delivery:
Unless you pay for and make arrangements to have the freight company bring youritem(s) inside, they will not do it. Freight deliveries are sidewalk / curbsideonly. You must have the tools and man power to uncrate your item and bring itinside. The driver is not required to provide any tools or assistance.
Pick Up Policies:
Please read the listing and make sure you understand the dimensions. It is yourjob to make sure the vehicle you arrive in can accommodate the equipment youare picking up.
We are always more than willing to assist our clients in loading equipment aslong as the vehicle can accommodate the item(s). Removing wheels, handles, orany dismantling of the item is the responsibility of the buyer. Please makesure that you are prepared and have tools, stretch wrap, straps, rope,blankets, cardboard, etc. We do NOT supply these items.
All equipment is designed to be transported in its original vertical position.We strongly oppose lying the item(s) down and/or transporting equipment in anyway other than its original position. There are a few acceptions to this andwill inform you if we think it is safer for shipping to lay it down. If youchoose to lay your item down, we will not be responsible for malfunction ordamages.
Payment & Returns
Payment:
We require payment within 1 day of winning the offer. Payment must be paid viaPayPal, credit card, or check. If payment and / or communication is not madewithin 1 days, we reserve the right to cancel the transaction and offer youritem to another buyer.
Returns:
Returns are only accepted within 3 days of receiving an item. This does notmean you can return an item when you decide to open the box or uncrate it.Statements such as \"My store has not open yet\" or \"By the time Iopened the package, it was over the 3 day period\" will not be acceptedunder any circumstances. We urge our clients to inspect their merchandisewithin 24 hours of receiving it. In the event that a client wishes to return anitem based on a misunderstanding of description shipping charges to you andback to us will not be refunded under any circumstances.
The only time we will reimburse shipping charges will be if an error in thelisting was made on our part.
Please keep in mind that if you open the box or package on a new item and inany way attempt to use it, you will not be able to return it. New items aredrop shipped from the factory / manufacturer / distributor and they have verystrict rules about accepting a used product. They have trained people that willknow if it has been used. In some cases, they will allow a return but willinstitute a restocking fee (generally between 25 - 50%).
Repairs: Please note that at the time of arrival of the merchandise, equipmentshall be deemed property of the seller. We do NOT authorize any diagnosis orrepair on the merchandise without our written consent. Any unauthorizedtampering or repair(s) will void any return. Buyer cannot say \"I neededthe item to work so I had my guy fix it and here is the bill.\" This is simplyunfair and wrong. If you receive a product and it does not work, you mustcontact us within 1 business day.
