This listing is for aSPEEDEX S14 Garden Tractor that my dad has had since new. It has been stored in his shop since early to mid 80's and in my shop the last 8 years. I believe he once told me he took the Briggs off because it didn't have enough power. It is included along with the hood. It looks like it is leaking oil, I don't know what other issues it may have. It turns free and sounds like it has good compression. The ID tag has model 143302, type 502559 and serial 22369.
He replaced it with the Wisconsin BKN that is on it. It is also included. I don't know about its running condition. It also turns free and seems to have good compression. What I can see on the ID tag says 2 7/8 x 2 3/4, not sure what that means. It also has serial- 2773940 and another number with a description that I can't make out- 122366.
The tractor itself looks to be in pretty good shape overall, it needs cleaned up a good bit. It doesn't look to have heavy rust except possibly the rear wheels. The seat is in pretty bad shape and I believe the rear wheels have calcium chloride solution in them and it looks like it may be eating through the wheels, so they may need replaced at some point. The wheels are all free and it rolls pretty well. I don't have a deck or any implements that would go to it.
