We have no control over your aquarium conditions and parameters, or your knowledge of keeping delicate corals. The D.O.A policy terminates 4 hours after time of delivery, or once the coral is placed into your aquarium. A truly dead coral will usually smell rancid, have peeling flesh, murky water, and show the bright white skeleton. A simply stressed coral will usually quickly recover if placed into an aquarium with proper parameters. ***

The container will then be sealed with Parafilm, wrapped in bubble wrap insulation and sealed in a leak-proof bag, and placed into an insulated shipping box. Depending on the weather at the buyers location, a hot or cold pack may be provided. We will check the current weather at the buyers' location before shipping.
-Shipment to Continental US destinations only. Hawaii, Alaska, and international buyers excluded.
