Meanwhile we also accept all kind of fund transfers and checks, including cashier and certified checks, company checks and personal checks. Company and personal checks are subject to prior clearance. To protect the buyer who is looking to buy an expensive art from us we could also work out some payment terms through escrow account which should be discussed prior to offerding.

Shipping: We ship items within 3 business days after we receive the payment. Normally we do it faster, meanwhile we state 3 days. Usually we use USPS services the most convenient for us. If you want any other postal service please contact us prior to offer, we will do our best to satisfy you but cannot promise that in advance. The shipping cost could be also different in such cases.

The shipping cost in the listing is for lower 48 US states only. We have to check the international rates in each case, so international buyers please contact us before offerding to get a quote.

Returns: We accept returns within 7 days after the item is received, unless other terms are stated in the particular listing. We return the payment within 2 business days since we received the return.

The following charges will be deducted from the payment:

1. Shipping cost indicated in the listing.

2. Handling and restocking fee which is:

20% on the items with high offer less than $20

15% on the items with high offer $20 to $100

11% on the items with high offer $100 to $500

9% on the items with high offer $500 to $1000

7% on the items with high offer above $1000

The buyer also pays the return shipping cost.

COA for the ART we sell. Normally we don’t provide COA for the art we sell, unless otherwise is stated in the listing. Usually we have COA only in cases we sell art directly from the artist or his agent so the COA is signed by the artist himself.

We try to describe items as good as we can, consult to proper experts, do our own research, etc, and do our best to give the buyers the most reliable information. Meanwhile we are not experts and cannot guarantee you that our description is 100% correct. In most cases with painting, art, etc. our description is just our opinion which is not confirmed in written by any experts, COA, etc. In some cases with expensive art we could work out proper expertise and COA according to prior agreement with potential buyer. We will also return full payment without any charges, restocking fees, etc. within 30 days after the offer in case the buyer presents a written confirmation from authorized party that the item doesn’t belong to the artist we stated in the listing.

Of course, we also could obtain COA for any of our art pieces but we don’t do that as a number of so called experts could attribute anything to anybody and issue proper certificate for some amount of money. Any art dealer could tell you a lot of stories about art bought from well known sales with COA signed by well known experts which appeared fake after the art was bought. And an expert doesn’t have any legal responsibility for that as he just impresses his opinion and believes that this painting could be attributed to this artist. So we just don’t like to loose money and could attribute the painting accordingly with the help of experts we know and trust. . Meanwhile if any our customer wants to obtain a COA or go for expertise we would gladly cooperate with him.
