Red Tiger Bee Shrimp (Caridina cantonensis var. "Red Tiger")

The Red Tiger Shrimp is a red striped shrimp strain of the Tiger Shrimp.

Be sure that the water is below 80 F degrees and stays within a pH level of 6.0-6.8 and they will be fine.

Size is about half an inch to just under an inch.

Shipping:

Weuse UPS overnight service for all live fish orders. Shipmentsare sentdirectly to your door unless you request to have it"held for pickup" at the nearest UPSstore. Allorders received before 3pm are typically shipped the day of orthefollowing business day. We ship live fish ordersTuesday to Thursday (closed for business on Mondays). If yourorder is received Thursday late afternoon to Monday, it will beshipped on Tuesday.

Weonly ship live fish if weather permits. If there is any badweather in your area or at one of the UPS shipment routing centers,we will have to delay the shipment until it is safe to ship out.This is to ensure the well-being and health of the fish.

Thefish are well packed and will have everything included free of chargeto ensure its safety and health during the shipment transit.

LiveArrival Guarantee Policy:

Buyersthat receive live fish that are Dead On Arrival(DOA) when shippedOvernight will need to take a picture immediately after receivingshipment and will need to prove it by cutting either the body in halfor the tail off and right next to the package it was sent it.Pictures must be sent immediately via email or through messaging.

Ifthis is not done, you WILL NOT RECEIVE get any consideration for arefund, exchange or store credit.

Thefish must not exhibit any signs of physical trauma, such as tornfins, scratches or other wounds.

Yourtank must be in good condition and your water quality must meet ourstandards here at Pet Zone. The fish must also be acclimatedcorrectly to your fish tank. After arrival, we have a 24 hourguarantee as long as the water quality conditions are met and thefish shows no sign of trauma from attack or misconduct.

Weare not responsible for any delays or weather that causes lateshipments as they are out of our control and in the hands of theshipping company. We have no control over this, if any fish is deaddue to a delay or late shipment with shipment, we are not responsibleand absolutely no refund, store credit or exchange will be given. Youmust be there to receive your live fish during delivery andimmediately acclimate them.

Anexchange or store credit may only be given to the DOA fish. Shippingcosts will not be refunded under any circumstance. If an exchange ofanother fish of equal value is preferred, the buyer will beresponsible for shipping costs of that fish. The buyer is alsoresponsible for the shipping costs of fish and/or products that arereturned for exchange back to our store.

Buyeris responsible for knowing the local laws of theircountry/state/city/etc., as we are not responsible for shippingprohibited products or fish, which may be subject to confiscationfrom customs. Absolutely no refund will be given in these situations.
