This is the classic 1950\'s RCA NEW ORTHOPHONIC HIGH FIDELITY Phonograph, Model SHF-8. It\'s in pretty nice condition overall for it\'s age with a few scratches and small chips and some foxing of the grille cloth near the edges. The classic Red Top RCA 45 RPM stacking spindle is also included. We provided lots of close-up photos so you could get a really good look at it to help you make your decision. The platter spins and the tubes light, however, there was no sound. The problem could just be a bad tube or cartridge but we really don\'t know what it is so we are selling as is, as found, for parts or repair.
