This is a Radio Shack HTX-10 10 meter mobile ham radio transceiver. It comes with the original microphone, power cord and owner's manual and mounting bracket. The case is in good condition with just general signs of use. I powered up, transmitted and received fine. I did not test every single function and feature beyond basic operation. It is sold AS IS.
