IT DOES WORK BUT YOU HAVE TO KNOW HOW TO OPERATE IT PROPERLY IN ORDER FOR IT TO WORK CORRECTLY. YOU HAVE TO WIND IT UP PROPERLY AND THEN WAIT A COUPLE OF MINUTES REACH IN AND THEN GENTLY MOVE THE SECOND HAND THAT IS LAYING FLAT INSIDE THE CAGE SLOWLY UPWARD TO GET IT TO START UP. IF IT DOESN\'T WORK REPEAT THE STEPSUNTIL IT STARTS WORKING.It has been tested and is working. It took me 5-10 minutes to get it started up each time it was tested. Sorry No refunds will be given for you not beingable to operate it correctly.
