We ship worldwide.Shipment is normally made within 5 days from payment receipt using the servicesof Poste Italiane (the Italian Post Office). Shipping rates depends from theweight of the parcel and the country where you live in and are inclusive ofpackaging (specimen are sent in durable cardboard boxes). Each specimen isindividually wrapped to ensure no damage during shipping. All original labelsor historical documents, if available, are included with the item. In case of multiple purchases, specimen aregrouped together as to minimize shipping cost. The table below provide anoverview of the shipping costs by weight and by area of destination.

To check your shipping cost please use the valuedisplayed in the Tentative ParcelWeight and match with the proper value of the above table for yourdestination. Bear in mind that final shipping rate will be calculated takinginto account the exchange rate at the invoice date.
Standard shippingrates do not include insurance and therefore under this arrangement the customerassume all risk for loss or damage. However insured shipment can be arrangedfor selected destinations. Customer wishing their specimen are shipped withinsurance are welcome to enquire (please write to me).
Return and refund (Right of withdrawal):
Customer canwithdraw from the purchase contract and return the specimen purchased withoutany penalty provided it contact us by e-mail within 5 days from the date ofreceipt of the parcel. The shipping return cost must be borne by Customer. Thespecimen must be returned in perfect conditions, and must include allsupportive material (i.e. labels). Return shipment must be executed within 15days from the date of notice of withdrawal. Upon receipt of the parcel and havingverified its condition we will refund the customer within the following 5working days by crediting to the Customer the sum it had paid, lessshippingcosts.
