Pueblo CO Colorado Miners Cabinet Card Photo Mining Gold Anaconda

Circa mid-1880s to early 1890s cabinet card photo of three Colorado miners. The man on the left swings a hammer while the man in the middle holds a long chisel. Their friend on the right holds a pick axe on his shoulder and a shovel. The entrance to a mining tunnel was drawn onto the negative on the right. Above the entrance, there is a word that appears to read, "ANDADACONDA". This may be a misspelling of the word "Anaconda", which was the name of a gold mine near Cripple Creek, Colorado. Photographer is N. Mayes out of Pueblo, Colorado.
