See them live This listing is for, one Procambarus Alleni sp. Electric Blue crayfish. You will receive onemale crayfish apx 2-3 inches in length. They will get 6-7 inches full grown. They are pure bread blue lobsters, not mixed colors. And are not dwarfs or self cloneing, Every thing we sell, we raise ourselves on over 10 acres of Florida licensed aquaculture facility. We care about each and every little critter we raise here. With over 20 years in the aquaculture industry we strive for the health and happiness of all our animals. All animals are hand selected for health and beauty before being shipped to their new homes.

We ship using calculated shipping costs, to only charge actual shipping charges. We have started giving you the choice of using either USPS priority service or USPS Express for live animals. Both are shipped in a Priority box with a fitted styroliner and ice/heat packs as needed at no extra cost to you. Animals are bagged with pure oxygen and stresszyme to help them cope with the stress of being shipped. We do not ship extras very often because we do not have problems very often.

Crayfish- are shipped with enough water to keep their gill plates wet, that’s all they need. When you get them, get them out of the bag and into some fresh water, be careful they will pinch given the chance. They may be paler in color that the pictures show due to shipping stress, this is not very common but does happen. They are little Houdinis and WILL try to escape if they can. If this happens you will have 24-48hrs to find him before he dies, YES they can and will live outside water. They like to eat flake foods, algae disks, fresh veggies, and on occasion raw unpeeled shrimp pieces. They also do well with added iodine in their water, you can use iodine meant for reef tanks at 50% dosage rate. It will help them molt correctly. The extra iodine will not harm anything in your tank, even if it is a fully planted tank. Make sure you give them plenty places to hide, they will use more than one. We use, small orange clay plant pots half buried in gravel or other substrate.

In the rare case of DOA , please send a clear photo within 4 hours of delivery showing dead animal, We will then either ship replacements or refund the cost of the animals only. We will gladly combine shipping on any of our listings, just purchase what you want then request an adjusted invoice before paying.
