Shipping increases are typically in the $2-$6 dollar range depending on what is ordered.
For purchasing multiples of the same sale the shipping should adjust accordingly.
Hawaii BuyersWe have no problem shipping to Hawaii however you do need to obtain a import permit and make sure the species you're purchasing are on the approved list. Feel free to contact us and we will help you with the process.
Live Arrival GuaranteeWe do our best to get your fish to you alive, in the unfortunate event of a dead on arrival-Please within 2 hours of the USPS confirmed delivery time send us a photo of the dead fish in the unopened bag. We will either refund the cost of the fish and a portion of the shipping or we will replace the fish at our expense. We often send extra fish as an added bonus, these fish are not covered by our DOA policy.NO PICTURES NO REFUND OR REPLACEMENT.
NOTE: In extreme weather that is above 90F or below 50F please consider contacting your local post office and having your package held for pickup, this will increase the chance of survival.
