Original veteran/vintage motor car dog-bone RADIATOR CAP mascot Ford Model T? For Sale -

Original veteran or vintage motor car dog-bone RADIATOR CAP mascot with upswept arms, appears to be nickle plated brass and is externally threaded. It measures 6 3/16" or 157mm in across the arms, the external diameter of the threaded section is 1 31/32" or 49mm and the diameter of the hole is 3/8" or 9mm. The cap/bolt/nut that were used to seal the mascot hole are present but rusty/bent. Weighs 285g unpacked.I'm not certain, but I suspect this was from a Ford Model 'T'?This original dog-bone style radiator cap with raised arms is used but remains in excellent condition and displays a very attractive patina! The threaded section appears undamaged and the central hole on the top (for mounting a mascot) has been drilled slightly off-centre! A nice original dog-bone with upswept wings style veteran or vintage radiator cap very attractive patina!
