Up for sale is vintage old original metal chromed airplane desk top bomber model. The CONVAIR B-36 "Peacemaker" was made by ALLYN Sales Promotion in Los Angeles, CAL., promoting the B-36 as the first strategic US-Bomber in COLD WAR era. Under the ashtray of the base is documented the merge of CONsolidated and Vultee AIRcraft into CONVAIR, which was necessary to shoulder the ambitious scheme of building the largest serial piston engine aircraft with an (unrefueled) intercontinental range of 9,900 mls (16,000km!). ALLYN's chromed B-36 is an "original period item" –made just in time in limited numbers for important persons with influence in cases of political or military decisions.

The ALLYN B-36 'Peacemaker' comes on original base with the original Allyn swivel mounting to turn the model in different positions. Only a few number of missing blades will minimal reduce an AAA condition. Please take note, this is a private sale: What you see is what you get, NO warranty – NO returns.
