...is pleased to present an adorable Recycled Fox Fur Panda Bear Cub...
"Bao Huan"
I am so excited to introduce Bao Huan to you! His name means “Baby Joy” - I named him that because of the way he makes me feel each time I look at him. I will not be making another one like him, so if he wins your heart I hope you will offer on him.
Bao Huan was so enjoyable to create! He is 10” inches tall, so can give bigger cuddles than my miniature pandas.
Bao Huan and I had a great photo shoot. I took lots of him awake & sleeping :o)
He is a special bear, so soft & full of personality, and is so hard to put down.
Bao Huan
is a one of a kind artist bear cub completely designed and hand sewn (no
machine sewing) by me, Melisa Nichols. He is very detailed and as such
he is his own unique individual and can not be duplicated ~ a true one
of a kind. Many, many hours went into this baby! I am no longer doing special orders and will not be creating another one like him.
Bao Huan is made from gorgeous vintage recycled fox fur from a vintage coat. As soon as I saw this coat, I knew I had to make a panda with it.
Bao Huan's
adorable face is full of detail. His face has been thread sculpted, scissor sculpted and
carefully hand shaded. He has soulful glass eyes which I hand painted in
black. He also has moveable wired eyelids (top and bottom) so he can be
posed awake or asleep. His eye patches are black fur – they are not shaded, but are naturally that color. I created an adorable and realistic epoxy clay nose for him which I painted and sealed. Because of all this detailed work, I will never be able to
create another panda baby just like Bao Huan.
Bao Huan's
leather paws are thread sculpted and hand shaded. I hand made epoxy clay claws for him which have been carved, shaded and sealed.
Bao Huan
is completely handsewn and filled with polyfil, pellets (in his tummy),
and an extra portion of cuddles. He is fully armatured
for lots of fun poses!

date, a picture of him and a signed Certificate of Authenticity. He is a
collectible baby bear cub made for display only - not suitable for
children due to small parts.

***SHIPPING*** ~ I am delighted to offer Bao Huan with free surface shipping anywhere in the world. This includes up to $1000 insurance (this is the maximum that Canada Post will insure for). Surface delivery usually takes around a week and a half to two weeks within Canada and the United States. Surface delivery to overseas destinations usually takes 4 to 8 weeks (sometimes a little longer), so if you would prefer air delivery, this can be arranged at an additional cost (I will still pay the amount that I would for surface shipping and only charge you for the extra).
***LAYAWAY *** ~ 1/3 payment within 7 days, 1/3 - 30 days after, and the final third, 30 additional days after that. I do not charge a fee for my layaway service. Layaway payments are non-refundable. If you'd like to use this option, please email me before offerding.

Someone kindly caught an error I'd made in this listing... the subtitle says that Bao Huan has an open/close mouth but he DOES NOT have an open/close mouth. I used a previous listing to create his sale and forgot to take that part out of the subtitle. His description and photos are accurate - his eyes DO open and close but his mouth doesn't.
I'm sorry for any confusion this may have caused.
