All products typically take up to 8-9 weeks to be manufactured and shipped, and expedited shipping options aren't available. Orders are only processed Monday-Friday (excluding holidays). Orders placed after 5 pm ET begin processing the next business day.

WHERE CAN I SHIP MY ORDER?

Orders can be shipped worldwide (some restrictions apply). New Rock Original doesn't ship to P.O. boxes.

WHEN EXACTLY WILL I RECEIVE MY ORDER?

When you enter your shipping address during sign up, each available shipping method will automatically update with estimated delivery dates and costs. Once you select the shipping method and complete your order, the estimated delivery date will be listed on order completion.

CAN I CHECK ORDER STATUS OR TRACK SHIPPING?

You can check your order status any time after it's placed. Tracking information will also be emailed to you when the order ships.

CAN I CHANGE THE SHIPPING ADDRESS ON MY ORDER?

The shipping address cannot be changed after an order is shipped. Please call us if there’s any issue with your policy lasts 60 days. If 60 days have gone by since your purchase, unfortunately we can’t offer you an exchange.

A:All our boots and shoes are made by skilled artisans.

A:Our products take 35 business days (approximately 7 weeks). Please note that business days does not include weekends or public holidays. Your shoes are then expressed to your address. This take 1-3 days.

Q:Where do you ship to?

A:We ship worldwide. Please ensure that you provide a residential address as we DO NOT ship to post office boxes.

Q:Can I design my own boots or shoes?

A:Absolutely! New Rock Original Customer service Representatives would be happy to assist you design your boots or shoes and provide any assistance with suggesting materials and colours.
