Returns
- You have 30 calendar days to return an item from the date you received it.
- To be eligible for return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it
- Your item must be in the original packaging with all parts and accessories we receive your item, we will inspect it and notify you that we have received your returned item. We will immediately notify you on the status of your refund after inspecting the item. If your return is approved, we will initiate a refund to your Paypal,credit card (or original method of payment). You will receive the credit within a certain amount of days, depending on your card issuer's policies.
We cannot accept a partial return. If you would like to return the item, it must be in the original manufacturer's packaging and all parts and accessories must be included. Once item is received, theoriginalproduct serial numbers are validated with our inventory system. Once the serial numbers are compared and validated,the item is fullytested for defects stated by the customer in the return claim. If there arediscrepanciesinthe claim or the item is returned in any other fashion other than stated above, we cannot return your item.
If you choose to return the item on your own discretion due to reasons other than the item being defective, we reserve the right to charge a 20% restocking fee. This fee will be applied to the total refund sent via Paypal.
Shipping
You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are nonrefundable. If you receive a refund, the cost of return shipping will be deducted from your refund.
