Ground is trackable online from the time that it leaves our facility until it arrives on your doorstep. For most international shipments, we use USPS Priority Mail International and First Class International shipping options. We do not provide actual tracking numbers for these shipments. Delivery times vary by country but for the most part these parcels arrive in 4-14 business days.

Please note that USPS First Class International is a very reliable service for small items under 3 lbs in weight, but it is slow. In our experience, 2-3 weeks is the average transit time for USPS but packages regularly take anywhere from 1 to 5 weeks to arrive after leaving our facility. back to top Customs Duties and Taxes:
Depending on your country’s laws, you may be subject to import duties and taxes on your purchase. Return Procedure Shipping Damage:
If your order arrives in a damaged parcel or the parts inside appear to have been damaged during transit, we can file a damaged parcel claim with the shipping courier on your behalf. Simply send us photos of the damaged parts as well as the shipping carton for us to submit with the claim. If replacement parts are available they will be sent to you. If no replacement is available, a refund may be the only option. Please notify us within 3 business days of receiving your item if there is any damage. You will not be responsible for any shipping charges or other costs associated with replacing the damaged item. We will do everything in our power to get you an acceptable replacement or to facilitate a prompt repair. If this cannot be achieved, we will provide you with a full refund.

All purchases are expected to meet your expectations. Buyers of non "as is" merchandise have 7 days from date of receipt to submit a request for a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA). A RMA can be requested by using the ASQ (Ask Seller a Question) feature at the top of the listing. All returns must be in mailed condition. Returns MUST be received in our warehouse within 30 days of you receiving your order or they will be refused and returned back to you. All non-defective returns are subject to a possible 15% restocking fee if not returned in the same condition as sent in addition to shipping charges. If shipping is listed as "free," then the seller's shipping cost will not be refunded. Dead-On-Arrival (DOA) items that were not advertised "as is" will be replaced (if available) or refunded to the buyer’s original method of payment. • All returns will be inspected prior to a refund being issued. Parcels received more than 30 days after you received them will be refused and returned to you.
