I send them at the end of the day so that the package has shortest time in transit. In the very rare event that your coral may be dead on arrival (D.O.A.), you must contact us within 3 hours of receiving the coral, along with detailed pictures of the coral and packaging.
Local Pick up is available.
I do combine shipping. Each additional coral is 2.50/each for standard shipping and 5.00/each for express Arrival
DOA (Deadon Arrival) Policy
Package must be signed for on the first delivery attempt.
Packages shipped to a hold facility must be picked up within the first three hours of item arrival or guarantee is void.
In the very rare event that your coral(s) are dead on arrival, you must email a photo of the coral in the original unopened bag with detailed pictures of the coral and packaging, within 3 hours of being signed for.Once I receive the digital photo, and I receive the deceased coral (if applicable), I will issue a store credit. The store credit does not include the cost of shipping. I do not offer refunds, I only give credit toward future orders. Thank you for your understanding.
