You’re offerding on a used but working MFJ-872 SWR/Wattmeter. Has scratches on top panel (see picture #3). No power cord and power cord is not required. DC power cord only powers the backlight of the meter panel.
I do not have the original manual but can print it out and include it if I am able to find it on the MFJ website. I will also see if the original box is also able to be found. Acquired from estate of a ham who is a silent key.
