I\'m selling my 1978 Massey Ferguson 40B. With a little work you can have a great loader tractor or use it to repair another one. It has an oil leak where the tachometer screws into the engine. It\'s a common problem and is very easy to repair, just an oil seal and gasket. The tractor has low hours because the backhoe was broken and the machine didn\'t get used much. The backhoe comes with the machine but is missing the swing cylinder.The engine is 59 horsepower AD4 203 Perkins( same as a Massey Ferguson 165 tractor) and the front end loader is a 34A. Backhoe is a 54A
