This listing is forone Brunson 202 Mobile Tooling Bar Stand as shown. Designed for solidsupport for Brunson horizontal tooling bars - but also very useful for adapting as a heavystable base that is easily adaptable for a Faro arm, laser tracker or other metrology or test equipment requiring a highly stable portable base. This stand features the added capabilityof easy transport around your shop or job site. The intermediate tubeterminates in a sturdy flange with four clearance holes for 1/2\" diameter bolts spaced to match the tooling bars round mount pad\'s5\" x 3.125\" hole pattern. A shop-made crank to operate the lift will be included (not shown).
SPECIFICATIONS: BASE: Cast iron for strength and stability. Three 2inch casters with urethane tires which can be retracted into the base by a footpedal. The stand rests onthree adjusting screws with check nuts. These screws permit leveling the stand onuneven surfaces. MAIN TUBE: Seamless steel tubing with clamping collar onthe upper end. Braces from the base provide additional rigidity. INTERMEDIATETUBE: Hard chrome plated for wear and rust resistance. The gear rack forraising and lowering is attached to the intermediate tube. HEIGHT RANGE:Closed, 23 inches; Fully extended 39 inches. FINISH: Machine Grey enamel. Approximateweights: Stand, 210 pounds. Shipping weight, 250 pounds. Shippingdimensions: approx. 34L x 31w x 33h.
