Payment

Once the sale has ended, the buyer will receive an invoice, with updated shipping charges. All invoices must be paid within 24 hours and can be made directly through the site. We do not allow payments to be made in store for sales.

Shipping

All corals will ship Fedex Priority Overnight. Shipping within the continental United States is 39.99, Florida residents pay 24.99. Unfortunately we do not ship to Alaska, Hawaii or Puerto Rico. You pay shipping only ONE time, should you win more than one listing, we will send you out a combined invoice to reflect only one charge. There is no free shipping on orders. All winnings must be shipped within a week of sales ending.

Live Stock Guarantee

We take great pride in selling only the highest quality of items from dry goods to tropical fish and coral. If for any reason you receive a coral that is dead upon arrival we will gladly take care of you.Shipping is non-refundable, NO exceptions. Packages must be received at the first attempt, if shipment is refused or undeliverable, DOA policies are void. A clear picture of deceased coral must be received within 24 hours. Our livestock guarantee is standard 24 hours. We do not offer refunds on livestock, should something happen we will issue you a credit for future purchases. We are also not responsible for carrier delays and negligence.
