It must only be kept with other small or nano fish, which means it is generally not suitable for a general community tank with larger fish like Angels/Barbs etc. Good tank mates for Scarlet Badis would be neon (or other small peaceful) tetras, Micro Gouramis (Liquorice, Chocolate, Sunset etc.), guppies, ottocinculs etc. Males of this species may fight with each other in small ecosystems.Our Policy:
