Replacement specimens will always be equal to or better than the original in size and or value. Purchases are non-returnable & non-refundable. Shipping costs must be paid & are not refunded or credited, the customer is responsible for additional ups shipping charges.
We understand animals may arrive in poor condition and are not "dead" in the bag. As long as you send us daily photos of the coral (NO BLUE LED), we will work with you. We only want the best results for our customers and understand there are circumstances that may go beyond the standard "live arrival" guarantee.

ACCLIMATION: Corals should be immediately received and inspected for any signs of distress. Recommendation is floating the container for 20 minutes to match temperature of the tank. Our corals are grown in a pest free environment. It is not necessary to dip our coral after shipping as this can add additional stress, but rather closely inspect it and place it into a location it can be observed. If you do prefer to dip, the use of milder dips like Two Little Fishies ReVive or Red Sea Dip X are recommended.
