2. TS : ortrans-shipper will collect your fish and put into the new package to be sent out by USPS or Fedex within your countryand there are import tax with the local shipping fee that buyer will need to settle and pay to the TS here.
3.Priority Mail(3 days) rate and Overnight shipping rate will vary depending on the trans-shipper and region. Customers have to contact directly to their trans-shipper regarding details.
4. We have shipment every week to USA to different TS: in CA, CO, FL, TX and MN
For other country like Europe : We ship outbetter into Germany before they will repack and send to your country by UPS. [Extra charge will apply]
DOA :Death on Arrival , you will need to take fishphoto in the original bag [unopened] within the next 4 hrs. and send dead fishphoto back to me.
WE DO NOT OFFER REFUNDS or Accept Return on fish that are here in US !!!!!
We do replace the new fish in the same quality or from you choice selection within the same value.
