If you wish to request a return, please ensure you contact us within 14 business days of delivery. If the product is damaged, or defective, it can be returned within 14 days. If your return is the result of our error (damaged, defective, incorrect item, etc.), we will provide free return shipping. However, if your return is not the result of our error, you will be responsible for the return postage fee plus a restocking fee of 15%.
