New, Never used, Handmade by me, fabric covered scrapbooking album.

Album measures 13 x 12 and comes with 10 12X12 page protectors for a total of 20 pages (10x2 front and back). Album is top loading and postbound. It can be refilled several times. Inside is finished with matching felt.

MOST PEOPLE USE THIS TYPE FOR SCRAPBOOKING BUT I HAVE FRIENDS WHO USE THEM AS A PHOTO ALBUM BY USING THE PAPER THAT IS IN THE PROTECTORS AND EITHER DOUBLE SIDED TAPE OR PHOTO CORNERS TO PUT THE PICS ON THE PAGE
