SHIPPING POLICY:

All live items are shipped with FedEx Priority Overnight Monday through Wednesday. We carefully package live coral for shipment to ensure a safe arrival at their destination. In the unlikely event you should receive DOA (dead on arrival), you must send a very clear digital photo of the specimen within 2 HOURS of delivery. We may ask for the deceased coral to be shipped back so please do not dispose of it until instructed to do so. Once we receive the photo and deceased coral (if deemed necessary), we will issue a store credit. Store credits DO NOT include the cost of shipping. Keystone Coral Farms does not offer refunds, we can only give a store credit toward a future order.

Keystone Coral Farms can and will not be held responsible for carrier delays caused by weather or mechanical failure that would cause your shipment to arrive late. Corals can be held prior to shipment for up 1 week once payment has been processed to allow you to choose the best delivery day. We may choose not to ship corals depending on weather conditions in your area, but we will always notify you in these scenarios. Due to the unique nature of live coral exact replacements may not be available. Finally, Keystone Coral Farms is not responsible for incorrect shipping addresses provided by the buyer.

All sales, Buy it Nows, and purchases from keystonecoralfarms.com can be combined on one invoice to save on shipping costs. Orders totaling $349 or more qualify for free shipping. PA shipping is $39, all other states $49. We do not ship to AK, HI, to any territories or internationally. Please let us know if you have a preference for your delivery day when you check out.
