This sale is for a very scarceCMK-165VHF & UHF set of boards that enables the NRD-525 receiver to pick up theVHF and UHF bands. We have sold about 4 dozen of the NRD-525 receiversover the past several years and this is only the second opportunity that we have had to offerthese optional VHF and UHF boards. The frequencies covered in the VHFspectrum are from 114 thru 174 MHz which enables the reception of the amateur 2meter band, some public service frequencies, and the NOAA weather band.The frequencies covered in the UHF spectrum are from 423 thru 456 MHz coveringthe public service bands, amateur 70 cm, and land mobile frequencies.

We have tested these boards and they had wonderful sensitivityprior to their removal from another NRD-525 receiver.

Installation is simple as this is a true plug & play moduleas designed by the engineers at JRC for this NRD-525 receiver. You plugin the two boards and then screw the antenna connectors to the rear panel.There is no soldering and installation should take about 30 - 45 minutes.Included with these boards is a copy of the manual.
